Haydon Park Road Case Study

We worked at this period double-fronted Wimbledon property on and off for four years and are thrilled with the results of a various projects, as are the family who live here! The homeowners wanted a company who could help with various projects and with this in mind, they chose Regal Builders to do the work. The refurbishment initially started with a superb hip to gable conversion designed by our in-house architect team, to create two bedrooms and a bathroom. This allowed extra spacious and well-configured rooms for both family and visiting guests, as well as a separate clean and inviting bathroom with a large Velux window on this floor.

We later returned to the property to complete a huge, beautifully-designed and configured single storey rear extension, with a flat roof and attractive roof lights. This new space was used for a state-of-the-art wrap-around kitchen, utility room and separate downstairs bathroom. We also installed large and delightful bespoke timber sash windows and doors, which added natural light and interest. The design of this refurbishment was second-to-none and features like elegant pink glass for the splashback in the kitchen added interest and a unique touch. In the downstairs area, we also refurbished the sitting room with new wooden floors and decoration and the hall, where we installed exquisite mosaic tiles.

The final part of the work involved a separate loft conversion, where we created a magnificent en-suite bathroom and dressing room, which was connected via a staircase to the master bedroom on the first floor. This stylish and inventive design cleverly maximised the space within the home.
